If a cancellation request is made 90-days or more prior to your event date all monies will be refunded.   All cancellations 30 days or less will forfeit  all monies paid. 

 The kitchenette does not have a stove therefore food cannot be cooked inside the venue. Also, electric fryers and/or any other means of cooking food is not allowed inside of the venue.  Inside the kitchenette is a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave to prep and assemble and store anything food related.

Smoking of Cigarettes, Marijuana, Hooka, or Vaping is not allowed. If your event violates any of these rules your deposit will be forfeited and your event will be immediately shut down/cancelled. 

Floating candles,  flameless LED candles balloons, balloon arches and any decorations that does NOT need to be taped, stapled, or stuck to the walls in any way.

We do not allow tape on walls.  If you attach anything to the walls you will lose your security deposit. NO TAPE, GLUE, THUMB TACKS, ETC.  Confetti or glitter of any kind is also NOT allowed inside the venue.
