Alcohol Policy

As a renter you are allowed to purchase  your own alcohol and have it served by a licensed and insured bartending company. All alcohol for your event must be brought to the server prior to the event if not provided by the server. If BYOB occurs at your event it will be  CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

We have a preferred Vendor list who are licensed and bonded that can be sent upon request.  If you choose a different vendor, approval must be provided in writing from CTM Event Space.  Approval request for these venders MUST be submitted here along with their license and insurance information.
